Mark Aston 1964-2023   

Gareth's training partner and good friend from the late 70s.  Gareth and Mark first met in March 1977 and trained together for 3 years at Banbury Lau Gar Kung Fu Club.  In his day, Mark was one of the top semi contact fighters in the country and was a former European lightweight champion.
